The Museum of Comic And Cartoon Art (affectionately known as MOCCA) is quickly becoming a staple of New York City.  If you're ever visiting NYC - you HAVE to visit this place.  Plus, the art festival they sponsor every summer is one of the very best events you'll ever attend.
